On the spreadsheet he kept track of all the State Licensing Exam applications we sent out. He had the students contact him when they scheduled their State Licensing Exam and tracked that on the spreadsheet as well. He asked the students to contact him as soon as they got their results and also added their results to the spreadsheet. Afterwards, he searched their names on http://rhbxray.cdph.ca.gov/ to verify their results.
