2023 - Annual Report Summary
California Education Code (CEC) § 94934 requires the submission of an Annual Report from all institutions approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau). Each year the Annual Report is due by December 1st. The report includes specific institution and program data, graduate identification data, school performance fact sheets, current catalog, enrollment agreements, and financial statements.
The 2023 Annual Report information, except for financial statements, was collected through the Bureau's Annual Report Portal. The information submitted through the Bureau's Annual Report Portal can be accessed below for each institution who has submitted an Annual Report. Institutions are listed in alphabetical order.
Note: The information contained in the Annual Report Summary is based on self-reported data from reporting institutions. The information has not been independently verified by the Bureau. Data will update daily as submissions are received and processed.

1 5 CCR § 74112 (l): “Number of Students Who Began the Program” means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year, and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period. 2 5 CCR § 74112 (l): “Students Available for Graduation” is the number of students who began the program minus the number of students who have died, been incarcerated, or been called to active military duty. 3 5 CCR § 74412 (l): “Number of On-time Graduates” is the number of students who completed the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year. 4 5 CCR § 74412 (l): “On-time Completion Rate” is the number of on-time graduates divided by the number of students available for graduation. |
